3. Nature of Services
Evriddhi acts as a platform to suggest and promote real estate investment opportunities in sectors including:
Fractional Ownership in commercial and hospitality properties
Resort Investments, including options with rental income
Residential, Commercial, and Land Plots for purchase or investment
4. Payment Consent
Evriddhi does not accept or process payments on behalf of developers or investors. All financial transactions such as booking amounts or installments must be made directly to the official accounts of respective builders or property developers. Evriddhi does not act as an intermediary for such payments and holds no responsibility for payment-related disputes or issues.
5. Disclaimer of Ownership
Evriddhi does not own or control any of the properties listed on its platform. All listings belong to third-party developers or sellers. Our role is limited to offering promotional and advisory support. Any agreements or transactions are strictly between the user and the property developer or seller.
6. Disclaimer on Rental Income and Bookings
Evriddhi makes no guarantee or assurance regarding rental income or booking performance of any property. Rental returns, occupancy, and profitability are subject to market dynamics and operational efficiency. Users are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before making any financial commitment.
7. User Responsibilities
